Real change takes vision, commitment, sacrifice, and a consistent team effort
Any plan, no matter how great, must be honestly implemented. Results need to be looked over carefully, and adjustments to continually improve. To support change on a management and organizational level Business Yoga Nederland offers the LifeMap process.
The components of the process include; activating left and right brains; mining the hidden treasures of our past; connecting to our core values; creating a clear vision of the future; establishing agreed upon goals; mapping small measurable steps; setting positive actions; reviewing effort; improving the process; and repeating the whole program to guarantee continuous improvement and success.
Both short and longer versions of the process are available. The longer program allows a deeper and faster transition to the desired state of success.
LifeMAP is based on the concept that quality, efficiency, innovation, profit, growth and a friendly work environment are all achievable with the right system in place. Failure is not the result of bad people, but of poor systems

LifeMAP works with several different approaches:
Individual approach: Each person works with an individual question. This question can be personal or business related, large or small. This approach can be done private or in a group setting where each participant works towards creating a strategy to reach his own personal goal.
Group approach: The group works with a common theme or question. The first step in this approach is to see if there is a main question. This could be anything relating to starting a new project or division, improving communication skills, dealing with daily challenges, increased sales, etc. When necessary, a discovery process is used to see what issue is best to address.
Event approach: We offer special one and two day events where LifeMAP is combined with Business Yoga sessions, presentations and other consciousness altering activities. During these events participants will learn ancient yogic techniques to support the process of change and enjoy a profound experience of quality management and service.
Time: Depending on the approach the LifeMAP process can take as little as 2 hours for a private session and 4 hours to 2 days for a more in depth individual or group approach.
