Personal training is an individual approach to goal-oriented work on specific needs or themes. The employee leans to develop new skills to improve personal health and wellbeing. Preventing absenteeism and improving health awareness provides an immediate return on investment.

In this 1 on 1 situation, the trainer is able to apply his knowledge and attention to fully align with the goals of the employee. Acute problems are tackled directly to prevent the employee from dropping out.

During this process the employee learns to apply Business Yoga in everyday life. In addition, we focus on food and healthy diet. The employee receives guidelines and tips for making positive lifestyle changes.
